Shipping information for Canadian and US customers
For all shipments within North America please allow 1-2 business days for pre-shipment processing. We will always endeavour to ship out same day if possible, however we are subject to courier pick-up schedules and unforeseen circumstances. Depending on delivery location there are several shipping options at different levels of cost and speed, however if you would like to request a different courier please reach out to us via email and we can assess your request.
In the case of an out of stock mount it is typically possible to drop ship direct from the factory in Hungary via DHL with only a nominal increase to shipping cost. Under these circumstances products such as the Lightrack II will be delivered in 1-2 weeks or less from the date you ordered. The Fornax 51/52, Fornax 100, Fornax 150, and Fornax 200 mounts are almost always shipped direct from the manufacturer in Hungary. As such shipping time usually takes 4-5 weeks from the date you ordered. Please reach out for an accurate quote prior to purchase.
Customers are responsible for any potential taxes, customs, or duty charges upon delivery of the shipment if applicable in your region. Thus far we cannot report any customers being subject to any taxes or duty, but international trade agreements have been known to change as of late so we cannot provide any guarantees.

In addition to private projects we have been involved in such prestigious projects as the HAT (Hungarian Automated Telescope) project, one of the most successful projects in exo-planet exploration, or the BlackGem project. Our customers include Harvard and Princeton universities. Our mounts are used by many famous astrophotographers, and their award winning pictures taken with the help of our products stand as testament to the quality.
